• Develop and implement trade compliance policies.
• Advise on sanctions, particularly relating to Russia.
• Conduct due diligence and sanctions screening for third parties.
• Collaborate with global teams on compliance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with European and international trade regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• LLM or equivalent legal degree.
• 12-15 years of compliance experience in highly regulated industries.
• In-depth knowledge of European legal frameworks.
• Proven track record in trade compliance and sanctions.
• Multilingual skills (English and German is a must).
