Your mission

  • You will continuously shape and develop the IT change management process as part of the IT strategy, take on an active role as a change manager in IT service management and be responsible for the change process for our ERP successor system.
  • You will develop a comprehensive change management strategy for the entire project.
  • You will ensure the systematic planning, monitoring and reporting of integration and change processes within the Lab14 Group.
  • You analyse and identify affected areas and develop target-oriented solution concepts for the readiness for change.
  • You carry out requirements analyses, develop and implement targeted change concepts to support strategic projects within the Group.
  • You initiate and support the change processes and implement the associated communication and training measures.

Your profile

  • Education: completed (specialised) university degree in economics or social sciences or comparable
  • Training as a change manager is a plus
  • Experience: as a change manager in IT (at least 2 years)
  • Ability: to win over and motivate employees for the change process
  • Personality: team player, positive charisma, flexible and enjoy new challenges
  • Working style: conceptual, strong communicator, persuasive and creative in developing solution concepts
  • Expertise: change management and change methods, agile working methods, use of state-of-the-art presentation techniques (PPT, graphics, video, etc.) and problem-solving techniques
  • Enthusiasm: willingness to travel within DE and Europe
  • Languages: very good written and spoken German and English skills
