Position Overview

The Brand Image Sr Manager is responsible for overseeing Brand Image project briefs across the German region, including Seasonal Changeovers, Windows, Product Presentations, and Marketing events. The role requires ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent execution that aligns with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong creative and people leader, managing and developing the regional team of BI coordinators and managers. Building relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Country leads, Retail Stores, Buying, Marketing) to foster a ‘One Team’ mentality is essential.

• Collaborate with Brand Image leadership to understand and implement seasonal strategies, key dates, and initiatives for the EMEA region.
• Lead and develop the BI team, managing all window and interior installations to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and budgets.
• Oversee the complete window design process, including construction, materials, props, and lighting, following Concept Design guidelines.
• Direct interior installations, including product mapping, logistics, styling, and visual merchandising across stores.
• Maintain communication with store managers and regional leads for performance reviews and maintenance standards.
• Manage financial aspects, including seasonal budgets, tracking systems, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Office and support regional projects, showroom installations, and marketing events.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Your skills include:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail visual presentation and leadership.
• Strong creative vision with business acumen and excellent taste.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, including store planning, installations, and maintenance.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours and travel extensively across the EMEA region.
• Strong organizational and financial management skills, proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English and German, with passion for the Ralph Lauren brand.
