To better serve our clients and support our growth, MCE is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and success-driven individual for the position of Regional Sales Representative. This role involves engaging with a diverse client base, including biotech firms and academic institutions, effectively communicating product benefits, prospecting for new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Inhibitors & Agonists: Over 50,000 selective inhibitors and agonists targeting 1,000+ key proteins across 20+ signaling pathways, applicable in various disease areas.

Position Details

Title: Regional Sales Manager of Isotope Products

Location: UK / France / Germany (Remote Work)

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Regional Sales Manager based in the UK, France, or Germany. The role offers career growth opportunities, requires availability from Monday to Friday, and involves travel. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the respective country.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales targets independently for the Isotope product line within your region.
  2. Promote the MedChemExpress brand and products actively.
  3. Maintain excellent customer relationships through regular visits and professional communication.
  4. Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical issues.
  5. Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotional information to clients.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure sales success.
  7. Assist in product branding and marketing events in partnership with the BD and marketing teams.
  8. Conduct market research and share insights to inform marketing strategies.
  9. Communicate effectively across verbal, written, and presentation formats; utilize organizational and computer skills.
  10. Engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and industry trends.
  11. Manage customer files, follow up on orders, and provide after-sales support.
  12. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and develop marketing campaigns.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, biosciences, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
  • Ideally 2+ years of sales experience or biomedical research experience.
  • Willingness to engage in sales activities and work under pressure.
  • Friendly, communicative, open-minded, and responsible.
  • Self-motivated with perseverance and a long-term career focus.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
