Job Description

What you´ll do

• Provide digital solutions in New Product Introduction and Label Artwork Management to improve end-to-end processes.
• Join our team of IT experts and Process Managers in a BizDevOps setup to drive digital transformation with stakeholders.
• Manage IT solutions in label artwork and workflow, supporting the full lifecycle of applications or products.
• Design solution concepts and manage projects collaboratively with global teams across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions.

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Label Artwork, NPI, or Marketing content management.
• Experience in application management; knowledge of agile project management tools like AzureDevOps or Jira; BizDevOps experience is a plus.
• Experience in process and workflow design, data management, and tools like SAP; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Wave, Esko, and other label artwork systems is beneficial.
• Strong team player with a hands-on approach, proactive, and motivated to optimize processes in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English; German is a plus.
