YOUR TASKS

• Support our key account management in the acquisition and integration phases as an interface between sales, product management, and technology.
• Assist colleagues as a technical consultant in discussions with PAYBACK partners.
• Analyze and evaluate technical requirements and introduce new products and services.
• Manage technical project deliveries to new and existing partners.
• Create technical sales presentations, interface specifications, process descriptions, and how-to guides.

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of professional experience in project management or consulting.
• Strong technical understanding, especially in online and eCommerce environments and technical interfaces.
• Experience in loyalty CRM environments within online or stationary retailing is preferred.
• Professional presentation and assertiveness with clients.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
