Qualifications
Who you are:
- You have 5+ years of experience as a UX researcher, in agency or corporate settings, working closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- You are a native or proficient French speaker, skilled in qualitative research techniques like interviews and focus groups in French, with a comprehension level of at least C1 CEFR.
- You are curious, ask questions, and challenge assumptions.
- You are empathetic, collaborative, and possess strong communication skills.
- You are comfortable working in a complex, international environment with multiple stakeholders and research topics.
- You can translate technical and business requirements into research questions.
- You have experience developing customer journeys and are familiar with the jobs-to-be-done framework.
- You are fluent in English, comfortable conducting research and communicating results in English (at least B2 CEFR). English classes are available if needed.
- Experience with marketplace platforms is a plus.
