We are hiring for two exciting new Brand Controller positions - one for ESN and one for More Nutrition. Each Brand Controller will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of their respective brand by closely partnering with commercial, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.
Your mission is to deliver value-added financial decision support that enables the achievement of both short- and long-term goals across revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you ensure financial accountability, data-driven decision-making, and efficient processes, all while acting as a key strategic partner across functions.
Your mission
You own the end-to-end P&L responsibility, leading performance reviews, explaining variances, and implementing corrective actions
You oversee the planning cycle including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning, using predictive analytics and leading indicators for improvement
You track and analyze D2C metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV), linking them to financial performance and supporting pricing and promotional effectiveness
You steer marketing budget allocation and ROI tracking through tools and frameworks to ensure efficiency and transparency
You evaluate product portfolio strategies (e.g., pricing, new category entries) and analyze gross margins to enhance profitability
You provide financial input into S&OP processes to align demand and supply, reduce working capital, and improve operational efficiency
You partner with the B2B Controller on customer profitability, trade term negotiation, and evaluating the financial impact of deals and renewals
Your experience & skills
You bring 8+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance, ideally in high-growth, multi-channel environments
You have a strong business acumen and advanced financial modeling skills with a track record of commercial impact
You are experienced in working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and commercial teams in matrixed international settings
You possess expertise in budgeting, forecasting, marketing effectiveness, and decision analysis for value creation
You are proficient in Excel and ERP/BI tools such as SAP and Power BI
You are a strategic thinker with strong communication and influencing skills
You are proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, and continuously seeking improvement in dynamic environments
You speak English on a fluent level, German is a plus
