Your Tasks

Als PLC & Automation Engineer (SPS Programmierung) sorgst du nach dem erfolgreichen Verkauf unseres Produkts für die Inbetriebnahme unserer Software und bist damit der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden vor Ort. Du installierst und konfigurierst unsere Standard-Software beim Kunden vor Ort oder remote. Dabei bist du für die Anbindung aller gängigen Automatisierungssysteme an unser Softwaresystem verantwortlich. Die anschließende Einweisung und Schulung der Administratoren und Anwender gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben. Außerdem unterstützt du unsere Anwender bei kniffeligen Fragen, analysierst Fehler und erarbeitest mit ihnen gemeinsame Strukturen und Lösungen. Unser Fokus ist dabei immer auf einen zufriedenen Kunden ausgerichtet! Diese Ziele können nur gemeinsam erreicht werden und deshalb spielt das Team eine große Rolle für uns.
Bei den Reisen zum Kunden ist uns eine gute Work-Life-Balance wichtig; deshalb bieten wir unsere Dienstleistungen & Services hauptsächlich remote an.

Your Profile

• Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Informationstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation bzw. Techniker-Ausbildung oder Studium in einer der relevanten Fachrichtungen oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung - Quereinsteiger willkommen!
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, z.B. SIMATIC Systemwissen (S7, TIA, HMI, PCS7) oder weitere Steuerungsfamilien (Schneider Electric; Rockwell, etc.), industrielle Kommunikation (Ethernet / PROFINET / PROFIBUS)
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT & Netzwerktechnik
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten für eine analytische, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Reisebereitschaft, Führerschein Klasse B
