Job Description:

• You're part of a team responsible for global infrastructure services, covering planning, design, installation, and administration.
• You ensure proper service delivery for end-to-end services including network infrastructure, storage, servers, VMs, and interfaces.
• You provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support within Infrastructure services and support the IT architecture.
• You're experienced with O365/M365 and (Azure) Cloud services.
• Documentation is part of the job description, following ITIL and PRINCE2 standards.
• Lastly, you proactively promote information exchange across departments to support internal customers and foster teamwork within the overall IT.

Your profile

• Operating MS Windows Server and LINUX Server.
• Utilizing Virtualization Technologies like VMWare and MS Hyper-V and Enterprise Storage Systems based on SAN iSCSI.
• Proficiency in IT Automation, Scripting (e.g., Ansible), and system monitoring (e.g., CheckMK).
• You apply your distinct analytical and structured approach effectively.
• You possess excellent English skills in both speech and writing, with additional German speech skills being a bonus for your profile.
• You're experienced with security concepts and continuous improvements.
