During your training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk at Hellmann, you will organize the worldwide transport and storage of goods. To this end, you will advise our international customers, prepare the appropriate offers and process the orders. Variety in your training is guaranteed!

• You get to know the different transport modes
• You will regularly switch departments to get to know scheduling, customer service, billing, customs, etc.
• You organize transports in Germany and worldwide by truck, train, ship and/or plane
• You advise and support customers
• You calculate prices and prepare offers, contracts and invoices
• You process complaints
• Regular department changes for diverse insights and tasks - also across sites and products

• You have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss). Dropouts are also welcome.
• You speak fluent German (at least level B2, proof of school report or certificate such as Goethe-Zertifikat)

• You enjoy working on the computer
• You want to work in an international environment and make contacts
• You are communicative and want to inspire customers
