As a (Senior) Analyst Finance, you will manage daily operations in our Finance department, focusing on data-driven work. You will support and lead data & BI analysis efforts, making insights accessible to senior international stakeholders, contributing to Factor Eleven's growth into a thriving international medium-sized company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare data analysis and manage BI projects
• Independently prepare monthly reports for stakeholders and shareholders
• Identify key financial performance and operational trends using data analytics
• Assist in budget and forecast planning
• Participate actively in daily Finance department operations
• Prepare target/actual comparisons and ad hoc analyses
• Conduct special business evaluations as needed
• Manage liquidity, forecast, and review P&L / Balance Sheet
• Support other departments in business management issues
• Partner with management and stakeholders for business insights
• Lead special projects
• Collaborate to improve processes and introduce best practices

REQUIREMENTS

YOUR PROFILE:

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Finance
• Degree in Finance, Business, Strategy, Data Analysis; certifications are a plus
• Fluent in German (B1) and English
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with data analysis/data science tools like Power BI / Tableau
• Willing to handle FinTech software
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, precise approach
• Adaptable, pragmatic, and hands-on mentality
• Initiative, assertiveness, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Motivated self-starter
• Experience in preparing and presenting management reports
• Excellent communication, goal-oriented, and proactive
• Project management experience and independent execution skills
