What You’ll Be Doing :

• Review and moderate content (texts, images, videos) in German , ensuring compliance with community guidelines and legal requirements.
• Identify and manage harmful content such as hate speech , abusive language , explicit content , and spam to keep platforms safe.
• Make fair, consistent decisions that protect the user experience and uphold our values.
• Collaborate with a global team to resolve complex issues and improve our content moderation processes.
• Stay informed on new online trends , content challenges , and best practices in digital content moderation.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality moderation standards and meeting performance targets.

What We’re Looking For :

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
• Good command of English (for internal communication and training).
• Experience in content moderation , community management , or customer service is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make quick, consistent decisions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of online safety and community guidelines .
• Flexibility to work in shifts , including weekends and holidays when necessary.
