About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our international team. The role involves building genuine partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value through people-centered solutions. You will work remotely across the EU, developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through partner networks, referrals, and outreach
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and promote client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitors
  • Prepare presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain records

Essential Skills and Qualifications
