Jobbeschreibung

  • Managing and responding to inbound customer inquiries, while actively identifying and developing industrial markets worldwide, with a particular focus on Europe
  • Conducting research and networking to discover and pursue new business opportunities, driving acquisition efforts
  • Developing concept studies using thermodynamic simulation tools and providing expert technical advice to clients
  • Partnering with engineering and product development teams to relay customer insights and support continuous product improvement
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to shape effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, building brand awareness and expanding your professional network.
  • Supporting the automation of customer journey processes to optimize the sales experience.

Skills :

  • A master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a related field (e.g., SEPM, UTRM)
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or Dutch is highly desirable
  • At least 5 years of experience in application engineering or a highly technical sales environment
  • A strong understanding of thermodynamic cycles and refrigeration principles, ideally with a background in heat pump technology
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) and availability to work from our office at least four days per week
  • Nice to have : COP Understanding, Knowledge within the ASPEN System
