- Conducting research and networking to discover and pursue new business opportunities, driving acquisition efforts
- Developing concept studies using thermodynamic simulation tools and providing expert technical advice to clients
- Partnering with engineering and product development teams to relay customer insights and support continuous product improvement
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to shape effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, building brand awareness and expanding your professional network.
- Supporting the automation of customer journey processes to optimize the sales experience.
Skills :
- A master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a related field (e.g., SEPM, UTRM)
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or Dutch is highly desirable
- At least 5 years of experience in application engineering or a highly technical sales environment
- A strong understanding of thermodynamic cycles and refrigeration principles, ideally with a background in heat pump technology
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%) and availability to work from our office at least four days per week
