Job Summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Pre-Sales expert in Europe for our EMEA Manufacturing Planning team. Requires knowledge in Manufacturing Planning, processes, and best practices. Acts as a trusted advisor, demonstrating product expertise and process knowledge to clients and internally, supporting sales and strategic objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare extensively before sales engagements with internal teams to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Client Partners to present solutions.
  • Provide value during the sales cycle and engage directly with potential customers.
  • Coordinate with departments to present proposals and secure client information.
  • Communicate customer requirements to product development teams.
  • Serve as a liaison for project implementations.
  • Assist Marketing in developing collateral and promoting events.
  • Present product functionalities and benefits to clients, customizing as needed.
  • Demonstrate the value of Blue Yonder solutions and manage client relationships for future business.
  • Work closely with customers during discovery and follow-up to ensure clear communication.
  • Consider margin impacts and escalate issues affecting finances.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in pre-sales or consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Planning and processes.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and travel regionally.
