Key Responsibilities :

Client Services :

  • Act as the primary contact for your assigned client portfolio, building strong relationships and understanding their financial goals.
  • Address complex service issues with a focus on maintaining safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, reflecting our commitment to speed.
  • Manage liquidity solutions and communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and present performance reports.

Business Development :

  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand our business.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop prospecting and pitching strategies.
  • Participate in client acquisition meetings and presentations.
  • Create compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Monitor and report on expansion opportunities within your portfolio.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management within the financial services sector.
  • Proven ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong financial knowledge and familiarity with banking products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Experience in business development and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English mandatory; French and German are considered a plus.
