About the Role

The Physician will provide urgent and emergency medical care, manage injuries and illnesses, coordinate referrals, and oversee patient stabilization and evacuation when necessary. The role requires a proactive approach to safety and professionalism in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and emergency care within the scope of U.S. emergency medicine practices.
• Coordinate medical referrals, transfers, and final dispositions.
• Stabilize patients and coordinate evacuations to local medical centers.
• Participate in meetings, medical committees, and drills, including MASCAL events.
• Support and advise on medical activities to improve performance within the ROB Role 2 program.
• Support on-call duties as part of a rotation, including telephonic support in the ER.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Physician, preferably in remote settings.
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in any U.S. State, DC, or Territory.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications.

Other Qualifications

• On-call rotation availability.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Willing and able to relocate to Germany, with a valid passport.
