How you will create an impact:

  • Support all partner recruiting processes in collaboration with local HR, Legal, and the Board.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners, ensuring smooth integration and proper documentation.
  • Manage partner separations and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and discretion.
  • Coordinate partner salary rounds, bonuses, and payroll communication with relevant teams.
  • Handle requests for parental leave, sabbaticals, and part-time work in collaboration with local HR.
  • Support shareholder processes like partner elections and contribute to process improvements.
  • Manage ad-hoc Board requests and support policy updates and communications.
  • Assist with performance management and learning initiatives, including evaluations and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, employment records, and contract details.
  • Prepare HR reports and insights for leadership upon request.

About you:

  • At least six years of HRBP or HR operations experience in an international setting, working with senior stakeholders
  • Extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, compensation, evaluations, and exits
  • Experience in professional services (consulting, law, private equity, or similar) within a global matrix organization is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM) and digital tools (MS 365); advanced Excel skills are essential
  • Confidence working with senior executives, providing high-touch HR support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • Adaptable and agile, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex requests independently
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is a plus
