TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping customers manage their accounts, track expenses, and save money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline support for the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience, preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding customers.

What you will do:
  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
  • Represent our client professionally
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with partners and show empathy
  • Achieve targets set by the client and internal goals
What you will bring:
  • Fluency in German
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Computer proficiency; experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with customers
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability
  • EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens or local candidates
