Tasks

• Define and execute a scalable financial strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Analyze in-depth company performance, mapping key KPIs and SaaS metrics to uncover growth opportunities and optimize financial strategy.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Drive fundraising efforts, managing financing rounds and investor relations.
• Develop and optimize business plans for sustainable scaling.
• Ensure financial compliance and implement best practices in accounting and controlling.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to align financial goals with business strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, ideally in a SaaS or AI startup.
• Proven track record in fundraising and managing financing rounds.
• Expertise in SaaS finance, including revenue models, metrics, and growth levers.
• Hands-on experience in business planning and financial strategy.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, ideally from a top-tier institution.
• Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English and German is a must.
• This role requires a presence in Munich, with a hybrid setup available.
