Therefore, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious colleague to drive organizational and people analytics. You will be part of the Fioneers Corporate Development team.

Responsibilities

All tasks revolve around organizational, people, and change data:

  • Structure and raise data meaningfully
  • Ensure high data quality and processes
  • Develop HR Steering Dashboards, Cockpits, and Presentations to enable management to make informed decisions and advance Fioneers' organizational and people strategy
  • Conduct analyses and interpret data to deepen understanding and improve steering capabilities in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Present results and interpretations to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Analyze data sets, derive measures, and propose adjustments for the People Strategy
Requirements
  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field, with practical project management and analytical experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in (Organizational/People) Analytics within digital business, management consultancy, or a fast-growing startup
  • Expertise in Excel, reporting tools (especially PowerBI), and basic programming skills
  • Strong ownership, result-oriented approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks in turbulent times
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
