We are seeking an IT Technician (m/w/d) specializing in Windows Client Systems in Munich. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing on-site Deskside Support
2. Supporting the complete client environment
3. Handling warranty processes for notebooks, smartphones, tablets, and headsets
4. Participating in projects related to IT support

Ideal candidates will have:

1. Technical experience, preferably in 1st or 2nd Level Support
2. Knowledge of current Windows operating systems and Office products, as well as client hardware
3. Experience in assisting end-users
