Your Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales growth in the German OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) market by building strong, lasting relationships with key accounts.
  2. Develop and implement a dynamic OEM Regional/Country Sales Strategy for Germany aligned with business goals.
  3. Travel across Germany to meet with customers and prospects, maintaining close contact with our headquarters in Slovenia.
  4. Expand your network, analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and set and monitor KPIs.
  5. Manage and grow a client portfolio, negotiate agreements, prepare documentation, and utilize CRM tools like Salesforce.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven success in B2B sales and business development, with experience in growing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • An entrepreneurial, innovative, and proactive mindset that thrives on results and relationship building.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong business and technical knowledge.
  • Native German speaker with fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
