Tasks
  1. Shape and Lead Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies in close collaboration with the CEO and other business units. Drive initiatives to accelerate growth, expand market share, and strengthen our presence across target markets.
  2. Accelerate Business Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts focusing on mutual success, sustainable growth, and supply chain efficiency.
  3. Drive Sales Performance: Lead sales strategies and operations to acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and meet revenue targets. Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
  4. Support Strategic Marketing: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies. Collaborate with teams to translate insights into actionable plans aligned with business objectives.
  5. Manage Product Portfolio: Guide product development from a commercial perspective, ensuring alignment with market needs and business strategy. Collaborate with R&D to bring innovative products to market and maintain strategic positioning.
Requirements

Who You Are

  • Hold an academic degree in Business Management or related fields.
  • Have 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in international B2B ingredients sales.
  • Willing to travel up to 40%.
  • Possess a hands-on personality, team spirit, and effective self-management.
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to join a fast-growing startup.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Portuguese is a plus.
