The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) manages and develops the HRS E-Commerce platforms of hotel portal businesses like HRS.de and HOTEL.DE. BTC aims to transform into more than just a platform, providing exclusive services to individual business travelers and SMEs, shaping the future of travel experiences. The goal is to grow sustainably by enhancing customer loyalty, repositioning the brand, and optimizing supplier management, playing a key role in HRS's DACH strategy to disrupt the hotel, workplace supply, and e-commerce markets. Your mission is to develop and shape the 'HRS Business Travel Club' and its solutions, making it a key innovation within the HRS Group with a talented team.

POSITION

We seek an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to enhance our customer-facing platforms on web and app. You will focus on improving user experience, optimizing customer journeys, and applying data-driven design strategies.

CHALLENGE

• Lead design and development of high-quality, user-centered designs for web and mobile, advocating best practices.
• Create inspiring, user-friendly product solutions; conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop, prototype, and evaluate innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business and customer needs.
• Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage our design system and internal design processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in start-up/scale-up environments.
• Expertise in user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, typography, color, layout.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Profound knowledge of Figma, including product design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
