Join the Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering team to maintain and optimize technologies in our global warehouse and delivery network. Multiple locations are available for this role.

Key job responsibilities

1. Support the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager in implementing safety and compliance programs.
2. Focus on preventative maintenance to ensure high equipment availability.
3. Collaborate with teams to develop technical solutions.
4. Learn about all site-based RME roles.
5. Manage projects or tasks as directed.
6. Work on shifts and travel as needed.
7. Support training and development across locations.
8. Work alongside technicians to understand operational challenges.
9. Lead small to medium-sized teams of technicians, developing management skills.

A day in the life

This role is an entry-level management position designed for recent graduates in engineering disciplines. It provides technical and managerial experience to prepare for future leadership roles, focusing on equipment availability and preventative maintenance.

Basic Qualifications

• Recent graduation or working towards a Bachelor’s in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of health & safety standards.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CAD.
• Knowledge of PLC systems, project management, CMMS, Kaizen, automated warehousing.
• Leadership experience and up to 2 years relevant industry experience.
