Join our Anti-Financial Crime Customer Experts team to prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers of a leading Mobile Bank.

TP in Greece collaborates with the leading Mobile Bank, helping you manage your bank account on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline representative of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. You will also play a key role in preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers.

What you will do :

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers.
  • Serve as an ambassador of our client.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and show empathy at all times.
  • Work towards achieving targets set by the client and internal goals.

What you will bring :

  • Fluency in German.
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy / tech-savviness; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations with customers.
  • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential.
  • Must hold EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local candidate.
