Aufgrund des zunehmenden Wachstums unseres Unternehmens sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Collection and Treasury Specialist (w/m/d) in Vollzeit in Darmstadt. Innerhalb der DACH-Region fungieren Sie als Expert*in für alle Belange rund um die Liquiditätspositionen von Varian. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und arbeiten Sie mit uns zusammen an der Mission, eine Welt ohne Angst vor Krebs zu schaffen.

Ihre Aufgaben

1. Sie verantworten die Verfolgung, Überwachung und Analyse der Liquiditätspositionen von Varian, um alle Einzüge zu überwachen und das Team bei der Einleitung von Barauszahlungen zu unterstützen.
2. Sie erstellen kurz- und langfristige Prognosen für die Barmittelbeschaffung und koordinieren die Bewegung, Verfolgung und die Abstimmung von Barmitteln zu und von allen Einlagekonten.
3. Sie verfassen Managementberichte mit detaillierten Angaben zu den Vermögenswerten.
4. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Überprüfung der Kreditwürdigkeit von Kundenunternehmen.
5. Sie unterstützen Trade Finance Aktivitäten, einschließlich der Ausstellung von Akkreditiven (LCs) und Bankgarantien (BGs).
6. Ergänzend dazu unterstützen Sie als Spezialist*in im Bereich Collections bei Treasury-Projekten.

Ihr Profil

1. Sie verfügen über einen kaufmännischen Ausbildungshintergrund (Studium/Berufsausbildung) in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Accounting.
2. Sie haben bereits fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und im Creditmanagement.
3. Sie überzeugen durch Ihren sicheren Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Mit Ihrer sehr guten Kontaktfähigkeit und Ihrem kommunikativen Geschick arbeiten Sie problemlos mit Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen auf allen Ebenen zusammen.
5. Ergänzt wird Ihr Profil durch Ihre fließenden Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
