Your Job: The Brooks Tech Rep Manager will lead and execute the field support strategy in all distribution channels located within the DACH region to increase market share, amplify Brooks’ product leadership, and create recognition, awareness, and loyalty for the brand. The main focus will be to support all retail partners in driving Brooks products to the market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the DACH Tech Rep Team.
- Provide leadership to each Tech Rep within the region through coaching, goal development, and supporting their career growth.
- Lead field support efforts at SRA and Non-Specialty accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop seasonal plans, product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs.
- Execute strategic events and promotions with Sales and Marketing.
- Manage Key Account sell-thru programs and in-store promotions, ensuring Tech Reps meet sales targets.
- Develop the Tech Rep team’s knowledge and motivation through seminars and clinics about Brooks technology and products.
- Educate and motivate retailers, consumers, and contacts about Brooks’ technology and leadership.
- Provide feedback on product initiatives and sales strategies.
- Maintain leased company vehicle and Brooks equipment appearance.
- Work assigned accounts to improve product sell-thru and develop initiatives.
- Assist in managing Tech Rep budgets within DACH.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or retail management preferred.
- 1–3 years retail experience, preferably in athletic specialty stores.
- 2+ years marketing/sales experience in the sports industry preferred.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, merchandising, and selling skills.
- Understanding of athletic footwear, apparel, accessories, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of biomechanics and injury prevention basics.
- Familiarity with the DACH running community.

- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Strong presentation skills.
