Working in the Sales department, you will prospect on the phone, send commercial offers and managing client relationships.

Your responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to promote our products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Take orders and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Retain existing customers by providing excellent service.
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English. German and Luxembourgish are assets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to achieve and exceed set objectives (KPIs).
