Job Description:
Our customer is an international family-run company with over 30 years of innovative laboratory diagnostics. As the European market leader in its segment, the company has built a strong reputation and has been represented in Germany for three years. The primary goal is to meet customer needs through high-quality, scientific sales, and to distribute excellent products in Germany.
We are looking for proactive and skilled negotiators who are not afraid to establish new business, expand their customer base through innovative sales channels, and contribute significantly to the company's success.
Key responsibilities:
- Installing IVD devices and training users for demonstration or routine purposes.
- Supporting sales and marketing activities in coordination with area management.
- Conducting sales and application training for distributors, in coordination with marketing management.
- Providing second-level support for sales partners through scientific communication and R&D.
- Gathering market intelligence, competitor analysis, and other relevant information to support sales, marketing, and R&D.
- Preparing and delivering training sessions and product presentations as part of sales processes.
- Coordinating validation experiments and scientific studies, up to publication.
- Participating in workshops, conferences, and trade fairs to promote products.
- Supporting projects, events, trade fairs, and acting as a liaison for internal communication.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in microbiology or a related scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, biotechnology), or completed training as a medical technician, MTA, or similar technical studies (preferably medical technology).
- Knowledge of the development process of in vitro medical devices or clinical studies.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and strong methodological and didactic skills.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written (native German preferred).
- Independent, responsible, meticulous, team-oriented, and motivated.
- Reliable, customer-focused, friendly, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Enjoys open communication with customers and colleagues, with communication as a strength.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in medical technology or related sectors.
- Ability to work in a small, agile team and take responsibility for your area.
