Tasks

The Role

As our Multimedia Designer, you’ll work closely with our Design Director and cross-functional teams to create engaging multimedia content. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who’s ready to contribute across a variety of formats—from short video edits to social media graphics and branded visuals.

Your Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Design presentations, brochures, digital ads, and internal assets; develop templates and scalable brand elements.
• Social Media Content Creation: Design B2B-focused visuals for LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and strategic messaging.
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Cut and edit short-form videos for campaigns, testimonials, and product explainers; add branded motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions as needed.
• Brainstorm creative ideas with the Design Director.
• Support other departments with design needs as they arise.

• Strong communicator – Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid foundation in graphic design principles.
• Understanding of social media design best practices (especially LinkedIn).
• 2+ years of relevant experience (internships or freelance work welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Motion design experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Framer / Figma or similar design tools.
• A keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• First-hand experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup, agency, consulting) is a plus.
