Job Description:

• Act as the primary contact for operational development and escalation topics across all products within the EMEA region, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Process and coordinate price requests for projects, regular business, and complex ad-hoc transports.
• Serve as the central contact point for country organizations regarding shipment processes, operational requirements, invoicing, and escalations.
• Support business implementation, including team onboarding and training.
• Review and adjust SOPs; implement process improvements and provide ongoing training.
• Coordinate regularly with internal teams, sales, and support functions.
• Process reports, monitor KPIs, analyze operational performance, including invoicing, and initiate optimization plans.
• Conduct regular customer performance review meetings with the commercial account management team.
• Support special customer requests and processes.

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in business administration or related field, or training as a forwarding agent or similar qualification.
• Experience in operational processes of transport modes, especially road and sea, is desirable.
• High customer and solution orientation with a proactive service mindset.
• Strong analytical skills for complex contexts.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office; PowerBi experience is a plus.
• Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to work in an international team.
• Willingness to travel.
