Your day at NTT DATA

Responsible for high-level relationship management, acting as client liaison during delivery of professional services or outsourced solutions.

Focus on client satisfaction, communication, and overall relationship management.

Identify new business opportunities to grow client relationships.

Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure on-time project delivery supporting the client’s business.

What you'll be doing

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

• Represent NTT for Managed Network Services to the client, internally, and to partner companies, nationally and internationally within an ITO account organization.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Service Delivery, Operations, and Program Management.
• Take on technical and economic responsibility in the assigned service area.
• Manage activities to ensure contractual obligations with stakeholders, including service expansions through new projects.
• Serve as escalation point for IT Service Process Management Team and external service providers.
• Monitor service quality, SLAs, billing, and contractual requirements like license management.
• Lead and coordinate cross-location staff and topics such as Release Management.
• Act as the main interface for the customer regarding service management, representing NTT.
• Provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the ongoing development of our services.

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Completed technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in IT outsourcing, IT service management, or program management, preferably in network and data center environments.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with large clients and government agencies, including internationally.
• Proactive, confident, and engaging communication style with a professional demeanor in a growing, demanding international environment.
• Structured working approach.
• Commercial, strategic, and analytical understanding.
• Willingness to travel (25%).
• ITIL certification.
