Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager EMEA / APAC - DYMO

Contract type: Permanent

**Your Role & Team in a Nutshell**

As a Marketing Specialist, Brand Activation, you will be the expert for the **DYMO** brand in Marketing. You will act as the interface between the global DYMO brand team and the local marketing teams in EMEA & APAC regions, transferring and adapting global strategies to relevant markets.

You will drive and coordinate multiple projects and plans, including product launches and brand activation assets. You will work cross-functionally to ensure a strong presence of DYMO products in all relevant EMEA and APAC countries.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

+ Broad Category Understanding: Offer category insight, analysis, and selling stories for customer meetings. Use data tools to advise on strategies for market expansion.

+ Brand Activation: Adapt and create marketing materials (digital and offline) in collaboration with the global DYMO brand team and graphic design agency. Build in-store and .com requirements for successful go-to-market launch plans.

+ Multi-Channel Knowledge: Monitor channel shifting and marketplace trends. Perform competitive analyses to inform new programming.

+ Partner with Brand Development to support innovation pipeline, track activations and product listings, and suggest solutions.

+ Perform competitive analyses and track market activities from top customers and competitors to identify top regional and country-specific business growth opportunities.

**What You’ll Need**

**Minimum:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in an international company in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG sector, or brand agency.

+ Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook.

+ Fluent in English (written and spoken); another language is a plus.

+ Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10% of the time)

+ Success in leading Category Management engagements.

+ Familiarity with syndicated data and software (e.g. Nielsen, GfK, IRI) as well as PowerBI.

+ Social media savvy and willingness to develop AI capabilities for DYMO brand.

+ Multi-channel experience and shopper understanding.
