Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others? Are you looking to develop your career and take on larger responsibilities in an exciting and growing environment? We are currently seeking a new team member as a Mental Health Professional (m / f / d).

Responsibilities :

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Attend and lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team-building activities in line with department objectives.
5. Support the HR department by advising on employee suitability for projects.
6. Create and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
7. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
8. Monitor, collect, evaluate, and report data to track employee progress.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counseling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years of experience working with clients/patients/users facing mental health challenges.
• Licensed as a Psychological Psychotherapist (BPD) or EuroPsy certification.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in common office software applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing listening and empathy.
• Experience conducting interviews is advantageous.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to help others and flexibility to work in shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and motivation.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Essen, Germany.
