Post-Production Manager at HelloFresh Studio

As a post-production manager in the HelloFresh Studio, you are part of our post-production team, working daily on food and lifestyle imagery. Your expertise in retouching, primarily using Photoshop, is crucial in delivering consistent, appealing, high-quality, yet natural-looking imagery to our stakeholders. You have a keen eye for detail, take pride in your work, appreciate constructive feedback, prioritize tasks efficiently, and possess strong time management skills. You communicate effectively with various stakeholders and handle photography assets with care and structure. Staying updated with the latest in image creation and retouching, including generative AI tools, is important to you.

What You’ll Do

1. Editing and retouching of our in-house food, product, and lifestyle photography.
2. Handling and fulfilling retouching requests within a global and multi-stakeholder environment.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders worldwide, and managing feedback professionally.
4. Maintaining organized workflow and file management in our Digital Asset Management software.
5. Ensuring a consistent look according to our guidelines across all work and representing the brand effectively.
6. Owning your projects and managing stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Bring

1. 5+ years of professional retouching experience in a commercial setting.
2. A true foodie who loves working with food imagery.
3. Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and staying current with industry trends. Advanced knowledge of Capture One and/or Lightroom is a plus.
4. Experience with image generative AI tools.
5. A team player attitude, excited about working in a creative and efficient environment.
6. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
7. Keen eye for detail and consistency in outputs.
8. Structured approach to work and thorough with administrative tasks.
9. A pragmatic mindset, always seeking to improve and optimize routines.
