Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze customer requirements.
• Evaluate our products for suitability and application.
• Advise customers and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
• Adjust pricing in consultation with the Account Manager.
• Coordinate schedules and delivery times with departments.
• Create descriptions and proposal documents, monitor deadlines.
• Follow up on offers and process order placements with the Account Manager.
• Review orders technically and commercially.
• Forward orders to project and order management or process customer-specific orders.
• Track order processing timelines, identify deviations, and develop alternative solutions.
• Handle customer requests for additional requirements.
• Organize and conduct customer acceptance tests (FAT) as required.
• Support customer acquisition and project discussions.
• Represent AEG at events and exhibitions.
• Develop supporting materials for Account Managers.
• Manage specific product groups and keep documentation up to date.
• Provide commercial and technical sales support.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. FH or similar).
• Experience in relevant industries, with commercial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of products, applications, and solutions for industrial energy systems.
• Basic understanding of contract law is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and SAP.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
