At Dynamic Yield, we're looking for passionate individuals who can craft strategies that drive value for our customers.

Here's what you'll be doing:
• Consulting with Customers: You'll proactively work with customers to develop strategies that leverage personalization and optimization to drive value.
• Segment Identification: Help customers discover their key segments and turn data into actionable plans.
• Defining Success: Collaborate with customers to understand and define program success criteria, and track progress to ensure goals are met.
• Simplifying Complexity: Break down complex technical situations into understandable and digestible realities. Use your storytelling skills to convey your message and inspire customers to take action.
• Platform Training: Train customers on using Dynamic Yield's platform, driving product adoption to reduce churn and encourage upsells.
• Portfolio Management: Strategically manage your portfolio to ensure customer loyalty and growth.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure that the right resources are dedicated both internally and externally to meet and exceed project and customer expectations.

Optimal Skills for Success:
• Experience: 3+ years in services or consulting.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German.
• Product Expertise: Knowledge in AB Testing, CRO, Personalization, Customer segmentation, CRM or Performance Marketing.
• Data Analysis: Proficient in data interpretation.
• Executive Presentation: Experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and issues under pressure.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of online marketing functions.
• Self-Motivation: Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
