Manage client relationships in your assigned field, ensuring optimal product/service delivery and exceeding profit objectives through new business development and retention. Provide high-quality, responsive service to our German customers in Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Tier one technical and referral partners.
  • Highly organized, managing complex multi-market solutions and customer interactions.
  • Build strong partnerships to support strategic growth.
  • Articulate technical solutions to strategic partners.
  • Develop robust processes for key account management.
  • Interface with internal departments to manage partner opportunities.
  • Grow partner portfolio and manage forecasting/pipeline.
  • Achieve portfolio and new business targets.
  • Identify and manage risks in compliance with laws and company policy.
  • Drive for results, holding self and others accountable.
  • Maintain high ethical standards, gaining trust through honesty and integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in the financial services industry, demonstrating ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as required.
  • Fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends within the financial services sector.
  • Open to continuous learning and professional development.
  • In-depth knowledge of products and services relevant to target client segments.
  • Thorough understanding of applicable policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with organizational operations and processes.
