Your Job
What You Give Your Best For.
- Product development: assuming overall responsibility for further developing and continuously improving a product in the area of pricing throughout its entire lifecycle.
- Vision and strategy: creating and updating the product vision, goals, and strategy in line with ALDI DX’s strategy and the international pricing strategy.
- Stakeholder collaboration: working with various stakeholders to increase the added value of a product and boost customer satisfaction.
- Product team management: managing the cross-functional product team regarding requirements and expectations for each sprint.
- Supplier management: collaborating with and actively managing the software supplier to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Backlog management: prioritising the backlog from idea development to implementation.
Your Profile
What You Should Have.
- Hands-on experience as a product owner or in product management.
- Experience leading agile teams and adapting to new environments and changing circumstances.
- SAP knowledge, ideally in retail and/or pricing.
- ITIL4 certification with strong IT service management skills.
- Understanding of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience in agile environments.
- Professional proficiency in English.
What Is Desirable.
- Basic understanding of ALDI’s business dynamics and processes, especially in product development and management.
- Knowledge of the Buying business area to better understand and implement market trends and requirements.
