Your mission

• Own our Microsoft system landscape – including Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, and Microsoft 365
• Manage user roles, group policies, and access controls across the organization
• Implement and maintain scalable security policies (MFA, conditional access, encryption, etc.)
• Continuously improve our environment’s security without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
• Collaborate with internal IT, security, and engineering teams to enable secure productivity
• Regularly audit permissions and access to prevent privilege creep and misconfigurations
• Stay updated with Microsoft’s security best practices and pragmatically apply them

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Microsoft System Administrator in a dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Server management
• Deep understanding of access control models, role-based access, and least-privilege principles
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and M365 security tools
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-500) are a plus
• Security-first mindset that balances security and business agility
• Bonus: experience supporting compliance efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2) in a startup-friendly way
