Area of responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth for the Home Category, contributing to the overall TLP product portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align product marketing and global campaign teams.
  • Define and implement marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Create compelling product narratives highlighting design, functionality, and benefits.
  • Oversee production of marketing assets, ensuring high quality and brand compliance.
  • Manage digital asset systems for accessibility and up-to-date content.
  • Collaborate with digital and e-commerce teams to optimize online content and engagement.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing for retail execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for marketing inquiries within internal teams.
  • Ensure market alignment through clear communication and guidelines.
  • Contribute to global campaign rollouts with product insights.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies for ongoing optimization.
  • Track and report campaign performance with insights for improvement.
  • Use digital analytics to enhance engagement and sales growth.
Profile of qualification:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in product marketing and global campaign execution.
  • Strong digital marketing, content creation, and omnichannel strategy knowledge.
  • Proven brand storytelling and campaign management skills.
  • Hands-on strategic and operational capabilities.
  • Exceptional project management in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
