Join Our Team

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships. Working in the Sales department, your role involves selling our services to new businesses and consumers. You will play a vital role in reimagining the labor market to make it work for everyone.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Close deals, meet sales targets, and drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Connect easily with potential clients.
  • Achieve KPIs, deadlines, and monthly targets with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Possess experience as a Business Developer or in similar sales/customer service roles.
  • Communicate excellently in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are assets.
