ABOUT THE TEAM

Think ahead: In the Strategy & Business Development Team, we take strategic initiatives from zero to one as part of our mission to build a world where everybody can participate in economic growth. We manage projects end-to-end and collaborate across departments to move Trade Republic forward step by step, constantly challenging the status quo.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Drive high-impact strategic projects end-to-end, from thesis building to operation.
• Manage ambitious projects independently to rapidly scale our business and expand our product offering.
• Define and influence strategic business decisions, collaborating closely with Senior Management.
• Conduct market analysis to support key management decisions.
• Contribute to and influence topics such as strategic roadmap, product development, and investor relations.
• Be part of a diverse, fun team invested in your growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in fast-paced environments (management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups).
• Ability to perform under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with a quick grasp of new subjects, eager to learn.
• Ability to break down complex issues and communicate effectively.
• Self-driven, professional, with a hands-on approach and high standards.
• Experience in recruiting, managing, and developing talent.
