To support our HR Controlling team, we are searching for a HR Controller (f/m/d) based in our Munich office.

Aufgaben

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Responsibility for preparing the HR budget and forecasts in close coordination with Finance Controlling, HR Business Partners, and cost center managers.
  2. Providing HR reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as ad hoc requests and analysis.
  3. Proactively identifying initiatives and development opportunities, especially in the context of internationalization and HR Controlling.
  4. Contributing to process and system optimization.
  5. Participating in performance management processes and administering variable compensation components.
  6. Collaborating with other HR functions, including Payroll, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners.
Qualifikation

WHO YOU ARE

  1. Degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or human resources (or comparable commercial training).
  2. Several years of professional experience in a similar role in HR or financial controlling.
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  4. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high affinity for numbers, strategic thinking, and an independent work style.
  5. Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for tackling and developing topics.
  6. Fluent in German and English.
