Your Tasks

1. Create inspiring, relevant content in collaboration with our markets and target groups.
2. Work closely with colleagues across markets.
3. Present concepts and events through training, on stage, and in front of the camera.
4. Develop storyboards, training content, and guidelines.
5. Manage customer approaches via demo formats and events.
6. Monitor and evaluate the success of concepts and events.
7. Build and maintain our international network.
8. Coordinate effectively with all relevant interfaces.

Your Profile

• Experienced Chef (m / f / d) with senior roles such as Executive Chef or Corporate Chef.
• Solid experience in the foodservice sector (system gastronomy, retail, catering, hotels).
• Excellent knowledge of culinary arts, kitchen operations, and foodservice industry.
• Additional qualifications or training are desirable.
• Strong ability to identify and utilize customer needs and expectations.
• Conceptually strong, open-minded, creative, and adaptable.
• Excellent presentation and training skills, both on stage and in front of the camera.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and interested in intercultural exchange.
• Focused on projects and tasks.
• Fluent in English; willingness to learn German if not already proficient.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Willing to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
