Location: Remote (Home Office) or in our office in Westhausen

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a targeted sales strategy for the DACH region, with a particular emphasis on a specific area, in close collaboration with your supervisor
  2. Create comprehensive sales plans for the markets under your responsibility
  3. Design customer engagement strategies, leveraging market analysis to inform decision-making
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations and distributors
  5. Drive the achievement of strategic objectives for key customers, ensuring alignment with revenue, sales, and profitability targets
  6. Lead efforts in acquiring new customers, managing sales negotiations, and tracking sales performance and revenue trends
  7. Organize and deliver sales training sessions, overseeing the coordination of training programs, new installations, and market support through external partners

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally supplemented by a technical qualification or equivalent training
  2. Extensive experience in the distribution industry
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships across diverse cultures
  4. Willingness to travel as required
  5. Fluent in both German and English; additional European languages are a plus
