Position: Market Segment Manager Food, Beverage & Environmental (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for customer segments in food (packaging, cooling, freezing) and environmental technologies related to air and water (municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, exhaust gas treatment and recycling, solvent recovery, etc.)
  2. Identify needs, create specifications, and develop customer solutions in collaboration with Euro Holding and the parent company in Japan
  3. Manage and support the market launch, operation, and technological development of solutions, collaborating with partners and research institutions
  4. Generate and qualify leads through structured acquisition campaigns within relevant industries
  5. Develop specific customer solutions and prepare commercial proposals
  6. Draft and finalize contracts with clients
  7. Coordinate testing, demonstrations, implementation, and commissioning
  8. Gather and analyze technology, market, and competitor information
  9. Provide customer support after successful implementation
  10. Actively participate in relevant associations, committees, and interest groups

Requirements:

  1. Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, natural sciences, process engineering, or a comparable qualification
  2. Ideally, several years of experience in plant engineering, project management, leading projects independently, and experience in industrial water treatment or pollutant reduction
  3. Experience in digital and traditional sales of complex technological solutions
  4. Proven experience in market and business development in a B2B environment
  5. Broad technical understanding (application of gases)
  6. Excellent English skills
  7. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM (Dynamics 365); SAP knowledge is a plus
  8. Strong communication and assertiveness skills
  9. Negotiation skills
  10. Self-reliant, precise, and goal-oriented working style
  11. Driver's license (PKW-Führerschein)
  12. Willingness to travel
